PDF Printable Dealer Contract 2026: CONTRACT
IMPORTANT DEALER REMINDERS:
#1. Tables are first-come/first -served, upon a PAID contract being received you can pick your table based on those remaining. We will then list your table number and name here. We will also promote who is attending on social media and on a dealer floor map. So, the sooner you contract, the better table and promotion you will receive.
#2. We have contracted with the Scottish Rite the next 5 years if you wish to return and want the same table you must contract with a $100 deposit. We have sold out the last few years and expect to again this year, so secure your spot!
#3. Security is a TOP PRIORITY to us we will have armed security during unload, load, set-up, bourse, overnight and during the show. Cameras will also be monitoring and recording the entire area. Our Officers are highly trained law enforcement professionals with full certifications, insurance and licenses. We have developed a top notch system of cameras, officers and registration techniques to insure a secure show. ID is required of everyone or admittance will not be permitted!
#4. Set-up time will be on Thursday from 4pm to 8pm / Friday 7am to 9am. We encourage dealers to arrive Thursday.
#5. NO SECURITY ROOM IS AVAILABLE.
#6. Provided dealer badge must always be worn on the bourse floor for security purpose, assistants must also have a badge. Entry not permitted without a badge!
#7. Vouchers will be provided for a coffee and a donut for Fri and Sat. Vouchers will be in entry packet.

Dealer Deposit Raffle:
Hand in your contract with deposit by the end of the Fall Show to be entered into a drawling for the chance to have your deposit refunded!
Dealer Table Raffle:
Hand in your contract with full table payment by the end of the Fall Show for the chance to win a free dealer table. (The price of one dealer table will be refunded.)
REFERRAL BONUS: If you refer a dealer who writes your name on their signed contract that you referred them, we will give you $25.
